The Artworks Team share a passion for community and a belief in the power of arts and creativity. We work with:
Artists - employing local artists and supporting them through training courses and professional development sessions.
Communities - anyone wishing to gain new skills and experience the benefits of creative learning. Whether they are children, young people and families, older people, people with disabilities, homeless adults, BME groups or those with physical or mental health issues, we re keen to develop projects which meet their needs.
Organisations - both locally and further afield who wish to experience creative solutions to their training, engagement, consultation or development needs, or who want to develop indoor or public art.
Artworks' projects have been proven to improve mental and physical health, empower and engage, develop confidence and skills, train and encourage engagement with learning and to be fun and enjoyable for all.
