Confidence Building & Training
Artworks Creative Communities works with health and community organisations to build confidence, support groups in getting their message across and train community and health sector staff to use the arts as a tool to promote good health.
Artworks develops creative training for individual organisations to address their current training needs. Recent training for such organisations has included; 'Improving Patient Experience' training for St Luke’s Hospital, Bradford, and 'Consulting Children and Young People' training for the Care Quality Commission.
Artworks is a member of the partnership that supports the Care Quality Commission's SpeakOut Network, the Network helps groups that are often not heard to have a stronger voice about health and social care matters that affect their communities. Our work with the Network has included the production of films promoting the work of the SpeakOut Network and the delivery of training at Network events.
